As a member of the Procurement Lawyers’ Association, he brings specialist insight to this area of practice.
His recent focus has been on the regulated English water sector, and he is familiar with the procurement, environmental and regulatory constraints that apply to projects within this field.
Bhikhu also has a particular interest in supporting clients through procurement challenges, providing pragmatic dispute resolution advice on procurement and commercial disputes.
In addition, he delivers ongoing in-house bespoke training seminars on commercial contracts and procurement law topics, tailoring content to the needs of individual clients.
