As head of our trusts and estate disputes team, Andrew handles a wide variety of disputes for local, national and international clients. He has particular expertise in dealing with disputes regarding high-value and complex estates, often including cross-border elements. He also deals with contested Court of Protection applications.

He is an experienced litigator, both in the High Court and the Court of Protection. He is experienced assisting private individuals, trusts and charities in resolving disputes both through the court process and through alternative dispute resolution, especially mediation.

Andrew frequently acts as an independent trustee, executor or administrator, often in high-value and complex estates involving disputed aspects.
