In light of the new Labour Government and its Manifesto, join us to explore what this means for charity employers with the upcoming changes to employee rights and legislation.

We will be discussing some of the major post-election changes in employment law, along with the strategic implications for employers and a look at best practice for managing risk. We expect to see a significant shake-up of the unfair dismissal regime, which will no doubt lead to an increase in claims.
