Meet our team at this year’s Housing Conference. As specialists in residential development, social housing, later living, construction, and education we work with clients to build communities and will be leading some of the discussions at the conference in Manchester.
We will have a number of our legal experts attending the conference – get in touch to arrange a coffee, or take a look at one of our latest research reports below. We look forward to seeing you there.

Tackling the under-provision of later living schemes
By 2041, it's predicted that 25% of the UK population will be over 65. Yet there is a disconnect between the amount of people at retirement age in the UK, versus the number of purpose-built later living homes in operation. How do we address the barriers to supply and investment in the later living market to meet the growing demand? How can we guarantee a good service offering and what are the long-term opportunities in later living for the wider housing market?
