Who should attend? HR Professionals and and those with managerial responsibilities which include discipline and grievances

This session will help delegates understand the crucial role that investigations play in fair outcomes for disciplinary and grievances.

There will be practical examples to illustrate how to deal with some of the more complex issues and an introduction will be provided to more extensive training modules.

The session led by David Browne and Mike Hibbs will focus on the theoretical aspects of an investigation including:

  • Legal knowledge to carry out investigations in the workplace;
  • Experience of what it’s like to conduct an investigation and the necessary tools to deal with the types of issues that arise; and
  • Discussion of investigation best practice

This event is limited to 20 attendees to early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. There is no charge to attend this event.
