The session will explore a number of key themes to allow discussion and generate thoughts, approaches and potential actions relating to:
- Why it is important for employers to focus on this issue, with both their female and male employees
- The legal obligations on employers, and common misconceptions
- How employers can support all employees (not just those experiencing the menopause but line managers who are dealing with those experiencing it) and shared practices to create an inclusive workforce, and increase retention levels
