The latest news and case law updates around intellectual property and trademarks

In May 2019 we will be hosting our next Intellectual Property conference which will provide insights into the changing world of intellectual property and trademarks as well as an update on latest case law.

  • Nicholas Briggs will review the latest trends on how the first instance courts are getting to grips with claim construction after Actavis.
  • Christopher Hall from 11 South Square will review recent developments in the field of trade marks concerning unfair advantage, bad faith and non – use.
  • Mauro Paiano will look at a selection of decisions concerning online infringement.
  • Martin Noble will consider the latest Court of Appeal guidance on registered designs (Pulseon v Garmin).
