Our next Insurance seminar which will be taking place on Thursday 23 May at our offices in London.

This year’s seminar will include:

  • District Judge and Shakespeare Martineau Insurance consultant, Julia Holden will provide “An update from the bench”
  • Professor Dominic Regan, who has advised the senior Judiciary on aspects of law reform since 2009 will provide an update on “Defending for defendants” – tactics and traps for those who have claims brought against them. Professor Regan will also deliver a briefing on all costs reform proposals destined to be in place in 2020.

There is no cost for attending, but places are limited and booking in advance is essential.
