We are retained as the sole provider of general employment law and employment relations advice to MTR Crossrail in the UK.
MTR is a successful transport provider across the world (mainly Asia and Australasia) and in the last few years have developed a significant presence in the UK, having acquired a number of concessions from Transport for London to operate trains in the London / South East areas.
Current work includes TUPE advice, advice and guidance around possible union recognition advising on grievance and disciplinary issues and reviewing and redrafting employment contracts.
