As Head of Knowledge Management, I am responsible for the strategic development and delivery of the firm’s knowledge function, ensuring our legal teams can access, share and apply high-quality knowledge efficiently and effectively. My role is focused on embedding innovation into legal practice, ensuring knowledge is accessible, actionable and drives measurable efficiency and client value.
I am responsible for the firm’s Knowledge Management strategy, combining legal expertise, technology and data-driven insight to improve efficiency, consistency and quality across legal delivery.
I lead a specialist team that enables collaboration and unlocks value from the firm’s collective expertise through:
Legal research and know-how, improving speed, accuracy and consistency
Legal tech and data solutions that surface insights
Experience management and practical intelligence, capturing lessons learned and best practice to reduce risk and improve decision-making
