Do you know how to protect and maximise complex charitable gifts?

Our annual Charities Conference is back! Join us at our London offices on 13 November 2025 for a half-day of expert-led sessions exploring the latest developments in charitable giving, heritage, and the arts.

This years conference will explore the complexities of charitable giving, property and heritage donations and art as a charitable asset. Sessions cover anticipated Inheritance Tax reforms, establishing charitable foundations, Gift Aid benefits, lifetime versus deathbed giving, legal pitfalls in misdescribed gifts in Wills, risks of heritage land and property donations and key issues around ownership, title, and provenance of art. Attendees will gain practical insights to protect charitable intentions, navigate legal and regulatory challenges and maximise the value of complex gifts.
