Fergus Spowart

I am a newly qualified solicitor working within the litigation team based in the Edinburgh office.

My role spans the full litigation lifecycle—from advising clients at the pre-litigation stage on the merits of raising court proceedings, to drafting pleadings and initiating actions in the Scottish courts. I’m actively involved in negotiating settlements, representing clients in court (both in-person and virtually), and, where required, obtaining Decrees and pursuing enforcement action. The work is both challenging and rewarding, with each day bringing new and varied experiences.
