Rebecca is the Training and Compliance Manager for our Debt and Asset Recovery Team, and is responsible for ensuring all members of the team are fully trained on the compliance and soft skills aspects of dealing with our clients’ customers. This includes vulnerability, TCF, GDPR and other compliance matters.She is also responsible for ongoing call auditing for the team, refresher training and generally ensuring that all calls and claims are handled appropriately and to the highest standards.
Rebecca regularly gets involved in contract implementation projects to ensure that any particular client nuances around compliance and incorporated into our process and team training programmes.
