You can make payments by using the following methods
Our online payment system enables enables quick, secure transactions using your computer, smartphone or tablet.
To make a payment, you will need your 8 digit matter reference which will be shown as 'Our Ref' on your letter. Please enter the number in the 'invoice or account number box'.
In the box labelled 'What do you want to pay', please select 'Pay an invoice'.
The maximum allowed by Worldpay (our payment provider) is £10,000. If you need to pay an invoice of over £10,000, please get in touch with us to arrange payment as Worldpay do not allow you to make larger payments in multiple transactions.
We can only accept payments in £ Sterling and there is a minimum amount of £5. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.
Please note, we do not accept refunds and making payments through our website can take four working days to clear.
How we protect your information
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is an industry standard for internet payments. This means all of your personal and card details are protected using 128 bit encryption when your details are transmitted over the Internet. Our site is secured by Verisign.

You can make payments via telephone or internet banking to the account details provided within our letter. Please make sure you quote your reference and allow enough time for your payment to reach our account.
You can set up a standing order by either completing a Standing Order Mandate and returning it to your bank or the easiest route is to set up a standing order via internet banking.
If you have received a letter from us, please use the bank details provided within that letter, including your matter reference.
