Before undertaking his legal training, Jesse initially worked as a HR Adviser and then as a HR Lead for a large national organisation; specialising predominantly in management and employee relations. The in-depth and first-hand experience gained allows him to support managers and HR teams alike by quickly understanding and identifying problems whilst also providing commercially viable solutions in a timely manner.
Working closely with the Partners and Legal Directors in the Employment Team, Jesse also supports a variety of clients on a broad spectrum of complex employment litigation disputes including but not limited to discrimination and unfair dismissal. His clients include high street retailers, manufacturers, care organisations and others.
Jesse also provides support on corporate matters including recently assisting a large facilities management company with the exit of a shareholder-director as part of a share buyback.
