Helen also has experience working in-house as group general counsel and HR director at a UK/US engineering group, where she was responsible for global HR and employment matters, commercial contracts and compliance across the group.

Having previously acted as a statutory director in addition to having legal oversight of a business she is able to provide both employment and commercial legal advice, supporting clients with the management and strategy of their company.

Based in Lincoln, Helen has specialist knowledge of the Lincolnshire market and supports a number of businesses across the county, wider East Midlands region and nationally, working as part of the national team.
