Danielle acts for a variety of clients from smaller and mid-sized organisations to large multi-national businesses, working across multiple sectors including manufacturing, facilities management, retail, education, police and armed forces, professional services, hospitality & food and drink.

Danielle’s employment expertise covers the full spectrum of employment law work including disciplinary and grievances, discrimination and unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, equal pay, employee investigations, TUPE/corporate support work, board-level terminations and employee related data protection matters.

Danielle is an experienced employment tribunal advocate and regularly delivers seminars on employment related topics.

Danielle has also spent time working in-house within a large multinational food manufacturing company. There, she handled all aspects of the commercial in-house legal function, with a particular focus on employment support and litigation, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, and data protection work. Through this experience, Danielle developed a strong commercial approach, and an understanding of how to work with businesses to mitigate risk and overcome challenges, whilst keeping a keen eye on the organisation’s commercial objectives.

Danielle’s commercial law experience includes drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including NDA’s, Outsourcing Agreements, Framework Agreements, Manufacturing and Distribution, Transport and Logistics, IP Licencing Agreements and Standard Terms and Conditions.

Danielle understands that each client has a unique set of priorities and goals, and works hard to get to know her clients, understand their priorities and reach the best outcome that is specifically tailored to them.
