Simon’s background is in commercial property, planning and environment law at city firms. His experience is in real estate development, investment and financing as well as landlord/tenant and management work.

Simon has particular expertise in acting for entrepreneurs, family offices, SMEs and HNWs on property led matters often with a corporate/commercial element. Simon acts for overseas funds as the point of contact for all legal matters.

Having been general counsel at a fully listed investment fund Simon has understands his clients’ drivers and has the skills to work with them adding commercial value as well as legal advice.
