Paul has a strong background and experience in general commercial real estate-his current practice consists of predominantly residential development focused work. Paul primarily acts for landowners , developers (SMEs and PLCs), promoters and social housing providers. Paul’s recent work consists of option agreements, overage agreements, regeneration, promotion agreements, collaboration agreements, conditional sale agreements, infrastructure agreements and golden brick and turnkey agreements.
