Parvinder works with a wide range of clients including landowners, developers and land promoters in a range of Residential Development transactions.
Parvinder has experience in dealing with Promotion Agreements, Option Agreements and Overage Agreements from both a promoter and landowner perspective. She also advises clients on commercial acquisitions and disposals of sites including having experience in dealing with Conditional Contracts with more complex areas for consideration. Parvinder also deals with leasehold transactions from both a Landlord or a Tenant perspective and acts for pension scheme providers.
Parvinder is diligent and ensures that her client’s needs and requirements are met. She is passionate about her role within the team and strives to provide clients with clear and concise advise and recommendations.
My time with Shakespeare Martineau has provided me with the opportunity to be exposed to a range clients within the Residential Development sector. I enjoy being a part of a wider team, allowing me continue to develop my knowledge and experience which I can then present to my clients.
