Kimberley has over four years’ experience assisting land owners/occupiers with transactional agricultural property matters.

Kimberley handles various transactional matters for her clients, including dealing with the purchase or sale of land, preparing and negotiating farm business tenancies, deeds of easement or deeds of covenant, or preparing applications for the first registration of land.

Kimberley acts on behalf of individual clients, partnerships, companies and landed estates.

The team also deals with partnership agreements, option agreements, promotion agreements and all kinds of agricultural disputes.

I strive to meet my clients objectives in a straightforward and prompt manner. Due to the complex and varied nature of the agriculture sector, unexpected matters can arise during a transaction, and I enjoy getting to the crux of each and every one.
