Kevin acts on a wide range of real estate matters in connection with social housing, including on large and complex projects, stock transfers, development acquisitions, site setups and on a conditional or unconditional basis. This includes acquisitions and disposals, development and intra-group transfers.
Kevin has experience acting in-house and as an external consultant in social housing. Kevin has acted for local and national registered providers, local authorities, charities, trusts, non-departmental public bodies and developers on their local, regional and national projects, whether standalone projects or part of a larger project.
