Kathryn acts on behalf of injured people to help them obtain the rehabilitation and compensation they deserve.

Kathryn has 27 years’ experience in claimant personal injury. She has dealt with all types of claims, and settlements she has achieved in the last year range between £5,000 and in excess of £1,000, 000.

She has a particular interest in claims involving children and in work accidents including industrial disease claims and agricultural accidents. She also has considerable experience of inquests and the coroner’s court.

Most of my clients have never had to make any sort of claim before. My aim is to ensure that my clients feel that they can trust me and that they know that I care about them and am on their side fighting their corner. I understand the pressure that people are under and I try to provide sympathetic and practical advice.
