Jonathan is involved in the acquisition and disposal of farm, strategic and development land, freehold and leasehold offices, logistic facilities and other commercial premises, often in the context of complex development sites, new-build acquisitions, business relocations, landlord & tenant advice and regeneration projects. He has specialist experience in the agriculture, roadside service-station / retail and education sectors and particular expertise in dealing with Settled Land Act estates.
I take pride in working closely with clients, guiding them through the complexities of high-value transactions and associated land development issues to maximise the returns on often extensive property portfolios.
