Jonathan builds long-term trust based on a thoughtful appreciation of the individuality of each client and transaction.

Jonathan is involved in the acquisition/disposal of freehold and leasehold offices, factories and warehouses, often in the context of complex development sites, new-build acquisitions, business relocations and regeneration projects. He has specialist experience in the agricultural, roadside service-station and educational sectors and particular expertise in dealing with Settled Land Act estates.

I take pride in working closely with clients, guiding them through the complexities of high-value transactions and associated land development issues to maximise the returns on often extensive property portfolios.
