Jemima specialises in a range of contentious trusts and probate matters, including advising on disputes concerning the validity of wills and claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975.
Jemima also deals with contested Court of Protection matters, including applications to remove and appoint deputies.
