Herbert works closely with his clients to understand their property requirements.

Herbert is vastly experienced in all areas of residential property, with a particular emphasis on complex freehold and leasehold acquisitions, whether by private treaty or auction. He also deals extensively with the purchase and sale of country properties and agricultural land as well as having considerable dealings with residential property in London. His broad experience also extends to dealing with lease extensions and releasing equity in property.

I take a personal interest in my work and pride myself on having a very thorough and proactive approach, ensuring I achieve timely results for my clients.
