Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency
Peer 2 Peer
Hannah provides advice on all aspects of banking law including Islamic finance, corporate recovery and insolvency and bankruptcy for lenders, borrowers, insolvency practitioners and directors.
She deals with both contentious and transactional matters, including security reviews; drafting and negotiating loan agreements and Master Murabaha Agreements, security documents and asset sale agreements; liaising with foreign conusel; realising assets of businesses and individuals, issuing claims on behalf of IPs and proceedings in relation to disqualified directors. Hannah joined the firm in 2010 having spent the previous three years within the insolvency team of a national firm.
I have the pleasure of dealing with companies during different stages of a corporate lifespan, whether it is to facilitate an injection of finance for the purchase of assets, review a lenders security to ensure it is valid and enforceable or during more challenging times requiring a restructure or insolvency process.
