Habib has worked with many registered providers of social housing, as well working with private landlords and also working for various local authorities.
He has a reputation to quickly understand his client’s needs and provide solutions to disputes in a prompt and efficient manner. Habib has particular expertise in dealing with all forms of anti-social behaviour, including injunction and committal proceedings, closure orders and possession proceedings. He has also dealt with a variety of matters in the First Tier Property Tribunal.
Understanding the needs of the client and looking at the problem from all angles is important to me, to ensure the approach I take to solve a client’s problem is done in the best possible way to achieve my client’s objective.
