As head of the social housing litigation team, Gary has a reputation for finding solutions to disputes in a speedy and efficient manner. He has a particular expertise in leasehold, shared ownership and Affordable housing.
His team deals with all forms of anti-anti-social behavior injunctions and possession proceedings and rent, estate charge and service charge proceedings.
His clients include Registered Providers of Social Housing, property managers and providers of care homes.
