Dominic specialises in non-contentious construction with a focus on delivering an efficient service centred around the needs of his clients.

Dominic prides himself on working closely with his clients and using a common sense approach to provide clear, practical advice which is focused on delivering commercially sensible solutions for his clients.

Dominic has knowledge of a wide range of construction documents and drafts and negotiates forms of building contract (generally JCT contracts), consultants’ appointments, novation agreements and collateral warranties for a wide range of clients.

Dominic’s clients include funders, developers, main contractors and sub-contractors.

The most important thing to me is to ensure our client’s fully understand what is happening at every step of the process. Communicating with clients and working with them to achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of my role.
