Chris Randall is the Group Legal Compliance Officer for Ampa Holdings and the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice for Shakespeare Martineau.
Chris has been a Solicitor for over 30 years and before taking up his current Risk & Compliance roles, was the CEO of Mayo Wynne Baxter (now a part of the Ampa Group). Chris was also a Board member at the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for six years.
As someone that was on the Board of the SRA during a period when it sought to change the way in which Solicitors were trained and regulated, Chris is an advocate for change to ensure the need for legal services is met, and for keeping the client perspective at the forefront of what we do.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys running, cycling, watching his favourite football team play, and travelling.
I work hard to make sure I deliver the best possible service to our clients, protecting them and the firm against the risks we may face, this is what energises me and keeps me going.
