Anita deals with all types of freehold disposal and acquisition, including new build purchases. She also handles secured lending work and acts for both landlords and tenants on new leases, assignments, renewals, licences and surrenders.
Anita’s particular expertise lies in acting for SIPP’s and SSAS’s in relation to their property investments.
