Abigail works with parties affected by planning and compulsory purchase issues, including public and private sector clients and utilities.

Abigail’s practice covers the whole range of planning issues from section 106 agreements to planning appeals and the promotion of large-scale regeneration and infrastructure projects.

Abigail specialises in compulsory acquisition issues and compensation whether arising from Compulsory Purchase Orders, Development Consent Orders, TWAO’s or Hybrid Bills.

Abigail is described in legal 500 as ‘knowledgeable, thorough and approachable’

She is a board member of the Compulsory Purchase Association and a member of the National Infrastructure Planning Association.
