About This Webinar
Tuesday 21 June 2022 - 09:30 to 10:15
As we all try to grapple with the “new normal” world of work in light of the Covid pandemic, the question of remote / hybrid working has, above all else, shown itself to be the most polarising, controversial and difficult issue for employers to tackle. In this complimentary Ask the Experts session, two of our specialist employment law Partners, David Browne and Matt McDonald, will answer whatever burning questions you may have on this most tricky of topics. This could include:
What are the legal risks of compelling employees to return to work in person?
How do we tackle issues arising where part of the workforce simply can’t work from home at all because of the nature of their jobs?
How do you deal with an employee refusing to return to work in person, or at least refusing to return as much as we would like them to?
These are just a few examples; we want you to dictate the content of the session by asking the questions most pertinent to your organisation. You can do this in advance by including a question on the registration form when you sign up to the session, plus there will also be the opportunity to ask questions on an anonymous basis during the session itself.
Who Should Attend
HR managers, HR Directors, HR Business Partners, business owners and for anyone who is responsible for people management and payrolls in their organisation.
