About This Webinar
Thursday 3 March, 10:00 - 13:00 BST
In partnership with East Midlands Chamber, join us for a three hour virtual employment mock tribunal as we lead you through a role play scenario leaving you to weigh up the evidence and see if your decision on the outcome agrees with the judge.
The scenario will be based on a fictional COVID-19 related employment tribunal claim concerning unfair dismissal, and health and safety. It will be fully interactive, informative and myth-busting and will give you the opportunity, within a safe environment, to see how an employment tribunal works and how decisions are reached.
This is a live event and there will be an opportunity for questions and answers on the day; if you wish, you may also forward your questions in advance to events@shma.co.uk.
