Our Milton Keynes office has recently had the pleasure of welcoming a few new faces.

Originally based at the firm’s Birmingham office, Matt Parr has made the move to Milton Keynes to add to the office’s private client team. An associate specialising in trusts, inheritance and capital gains tax planning including the preparation of wills, Matt will be heading up the team there. Working alongside Matt is Emily Izzo, who has progressed to the role of private client solicitor.

A talented group with a number of specialisms, the private client team is able to advise on succession planning, estate administration, lasting powers of attorneys and Court of Protection matters.

Also joining the Milton Keynes office is Mohammed Faiz. Focused on corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions, company law and commercial law, Mohammed is part of the corporate and commercial team.

The Milton Keynes office provides comprehensive advice on a wide range of areas, including corporate and commercial law, family law, private client, as well as commercial and residential conveyancing.

Mark Thompson, head of the Milton Keynes office, commented:

“Our new hires have excellent skillsets and are dedicated to supporting our clients with the best quality service possible. Their personalities and experience are sure to help the office to continue flourishing, slotting in perfectly with the current team.

“Milton Keynes is growing fast, with plenty of investment opportunities and a variety of innovative new companies choosing to base themselves in the area. I am certain that Matt, Mohammed and Emily will help to bring us further success in the future.”
