Water & Sewerage

We support the infrastructure, regulation and policy-making of an industry that supplies more than 17 billion litres of water a year.

Our water sector clients include water undertakers and a diverse range of contractors and other industry stakeholders, including some large industrial water users.

As well as managing industry change, our lawyers have helped deliver complex outsourcing and other contractual arrangements, including IT and smart metering procurement as well as supporting on a range of pipeline and other infrastructure construction programmes. We have also advised in relation to competition investigations by the water regulator OFWAT.
