Employment

We provide commercial, practical advice to employers and some senior employees on all aspects of employment law.

Our specialist lawyers train and advise managers to handle staff effectively and to deal with disputes where and when they arise, including fighting court and tribunal cases where necessary.

Employment law changes frequently but we will never learn at your expense not only that, we will keep you up to date with changes we feel you need to know about. In terms of new regulatory requirements, we continuously develop ways to guide you to comply so that you don't have to worry about failing to meet your legal obligations.
