Chris provides employment law advice to financial institutions, public/ private companies, professional sports clubs, sport governing bodies, education establishments and insolvency practitioners.
Chris advises regarding all human resources matters and employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions. He has successfully defended a number of high profile cases concerning whistle blowing, discrimination, bullying and harassment, and is regularly instructed to carry out independent inquiries regarding such issues and to assist organisations with implementing appropriate policies and procedures to tackle such matters in the workplace. Chris has been fortunate enough to spend part of his career on secondment within the in house legal team of a household name plc. He was also retained as General Counsel to Commonwealth Games England at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
