Shakespeare Martineau hires new partner for Leicester corporate team

Shakespeare Martineau has hired corporate lawyer Lisa Botterill, who will join the firm’s Leicester office as a partner.

Lisa was formerly a partner at Nelsons and has over 15 years of experience in the sector. She has expertise in all matters of corporate law, from the healthcare sector, working with care homes and residential homes, joint ventures bringing together funders and developers on property developments across the country, and acquisitions and reorgansiations, and has built up strong client relationships in the area.

Lisa joins the firm as they continue to grow the corporate team across the East Midlands. She will be utilising her vast local and community knowledge, as well as her wide range of sector experience, to give legal advice and handle transactions of all varieties.
