UK-India Business Forum

What makes the UK-India relationship so attractive for businesses?  One of the fastest growing economies in the world is impressive, but will the recent reforms in India and the impact of Brexit in the UK, shape up or rock this bond?

We are hosting a panel discussion led by the Rt Hon Lord Ajay Kakkar, with some of the most influential business leaders operating in the UK and India.   Our keynote speaker is Abhijit Mukhopadhyay at the Hinduja Group – a business set up in India over 100 years ago and now one of the largest diversified groups in the world.

The overarching theme for the event is how we can help keep the UK-India trade relations and investment prospects alive and kicking.  We’ll discuss what we can do to minimise risk exposure in cross border transactions and what we can expect when doing business in each jurisdiction.  We’ll also look at the inescapable challenges that the changing regulatory, political environment and the commercial reality of Brexit may pose on the UK-India business relationship.
